#1 PLAY IT SAFE, STAY BRoKE
The bold get noticed. The bold get paid. The bold own the space. Beige brands lose. Be unforgettable or be ignored.
#2 AWARdS AREN'T dIFFERENTIAToRS
Trophy cabinets don’t close deals. No one hires you because of a shiny badge. If you need an award to prove your worth, you’ve already lost.
#3 PoSITIoNINg FIRST, MARKETINg SECoNd
Most brand and marketing agencies jump straight to promotion without nailing positioning first. They focus on campaigns and content but often skip the crucial step of defining what makes you different. That’s why so many efforts fall flat, without clear positioning, even the best marketing won’t land.
#4 PRIcE PUSHBAcK IS YoUR FAULT
It’s not the economy. It’s not ‘market conditions.’ If people fight your price, you failed at positioning. Fix it, and they’ll pay - happily.

Logos don’t close deals. Fancy colours won’t fix sh*t positioning. If your differentiation disappears in black and white, it was never real to begin with.

If your messaging could have your competitor’s name on it, burn it. If your tagline could be on a bank’s website, delete it. If your words don’t make someone feel something, you’ve failed.

You care about your clients? No sh*t. That’s the bare minimum. Find a better reason for people to choose you.
#10 REFERRALS ARE NoT A STRATEgY
Living off referrals? You’re coasting on borrowed time. Build your own growth engine or prepare for the drought.
