REFERRALS
We’re on a mission at Tylt to help 350 consultancies by 2027, to double their revenue... and we'd love your help. Put simply, we'd love you to make a warm introduction to anyone you know who could benefit from our positioning programmes. Oh, and we'll pay you for it!
WHAT’S IN IT FoR YoU?
- Aside from that warm and fuzzy feeling...
- You'll also receive £1,000 (or currency equivalent), which will be paid within two weeks of your referral joining the Position for Growth programme.
- Instead of taking a referral fee, you can elect to take £1,000 (or currency equivalent) off the price of your referral's programme. This will be reflected in their first invoice.
- There's no limit on the amount of referrals (or money) you can make!
HoW REFERRALS WoRK
While the methods and strategies we use can help just about any B2B business, we are only focused on certain types of businesses:
Ideally, the type of business we are looking to help are:
- Consultancies and professional services firms generating at least £50k+ revenue per month*
- Typically 10+ employees in the business, but we do have a suitable programme for singular consultants, too
- We have a strict no d***head policy (but you wouldn't be friends with those people anyway 😏)
*If you aren't sure what your contact's revenue is and don't want to ask, no worries, just make the introduction and if we're not a good fit, we will load them up with some free training in any case.

HoW To MAKE A REFERRAL
This is the easy part. All we need from you is a "warm introduction". But you get bonus points if you speak with them beforehand, and let them know what we do!
Before making an introduction, please reach out to us to check that the referral is not an existing client or someone we're in conversation with.
If they aren't, simply copy and paste the following into an email, and copy us in!

What happens after the introduction?
- We will take it from there and start a discussion with your referral, to make sure we're a good fit for each other.
- If they are not quite ready to grab a call with us, we can send them some training and material so they can get to know us a little better before we chat.
How do referrals get allocated to you?
- Once you introduce us to your referral, our CRM assigns them to you, so you will always be their Original Lead Source.
- We will keep you posted on the progress they make through our system for 30 days after you've made the introduction.
What are the terms and conditions?
There aren't many, but we do want to be clear...
- Referrals must be introduced directly to Tylt for a referral fee to be paid out
- We will pay out the referral fee within 2 weeks of receiving the funds from the referral
- Referrals have 30 days to join our programme (from the date of introduction) for the referral fee to be paid
- If the referral is already a prospect, then no referral fee will be paid. We will let you know ASAP if we are already speaking with your referral.
We will keep you posted on the progress they make through our system for 30 days after you've made the introduction.
